CLAYCRETE
Claycrete is an Ionic Soil Stabiliser that is used to stabilise soils and gravels that contain clay. The product is a liquid that is added to the water used in pavement construction and when mixed with clay soils it corrects the chemical properties of clay by reducing the over-negative charge on clay platelets. The resulting stabilised soil/gravel creates strong durable pavements that are free from corrugation, and dust and have extended pavement life. The surface has high traction and is not susceptible to wet weather. Stabilised pavements are stronger than 3% cement stabilised pavement but Claycrete is environmentally safe.Material
